Linking accounting and payroll systems with banks, our client streamlines innovatively streamlines business practices with their fintech solutions. They’re looking for ambitious graduates to develop their growth even further!

As a Graduate Business Development Executive, you will verse yourself in the industry and marketplace our client operates in so as to best meet customer needs. The successful candidate will strategically generate and prospect for leads over the phone, booking meetings for senior sales to attend. You’ll shadow senior sales to these meetings, learning how to engage with clients face to face, negotiate and run meetings independently.

The Role:

- Verse yourself in the industry, marketplace and product offering our client provides in order to best meet customer needs
- Strategically generate leads over the phone, encouraging interest and scheduling meetings for senior sales to attend
- Develop rapport with potential clients before passing your leads further along the business pipeline
- Shadow senior sales to meetings with key decision makers, learning about the entire process with a view to independently managing it yourself
