Do you have a passion for working in the 3rd Sector? 

Reed are currently recruiting for a well-known organisation in Edinburgh who are looking to take on an experienced Finance & Admin assistant to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months. 

Working closely with the finance team you will be responsible for dealing with incoming cash and payments as well as registering gift aid on HMRC. There will be an element of finance reporting as well as providing admin support to the fundraising department. This is a very well-rounded role where no two days will be the same. With this in mind, the successful candidate should have some background in dealing with accounts as well as a proven ability to mutli-task. 

Previous experience working in a charity as well as exposure to Sage accounts or Raisers Edge software would be highly beneficial. Due to the nature of the role, my client is looking to fill this role ASAP, however can wait up to 4 weeks for the right person.
