The chef manager is expected to increase the sales with their passion and drive. The chef manager will have excellent people management skills, have a passion for the catering industry, be able to increase sales and get the best out of every member of your team. Main responsibilities

The Chef Manager will be managing a team of up to 9 staff.  You will be responsible for the P&L accounts, building excellent relationships with the clients. The chef manager will be expected to work to very high standards, catering for up to 140 covers per day, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner service all from fresh produce. The chef manager will support the team in the delivery of excellent customer service, food quality and operational excellence.
