Position: Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD )

Service Type: Elderly & Dementia Nursing Home

Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience; £14.00 - £17.50 per hour + enhancements for nights, weekends and overtime

Shifts: Flexible; days or nights available

Contracted hours: Full-time or part-time available

We are currently recruiting for a medium-sized, family-run nursing home based just outside of Salisbury. The home provides person-centred care for elderly residents, some of whom have dementia or other physical or mental health needs. We are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse who is happy to work with all types of needs - full training will be provided.

The home is focused on offering a warm, friendly environment and an attentive, high-quality level of care. They have achieved a good reputation for care and have received many positive reviews from residents and families. We are looking for either a newly-qualified or an experienced nurse; an excellent preceptorship and mentorship programme is available for those taking on their first nursing role.

The Home Manager is flexible with regards to shifts and hours, and can accommodate solely days, solely nights, or a mixture of the two. There are also short and long shifts available (6-hour or 12-hour shifts). Part-time or full-time hours are available. You will be paid enhancements for nights and weekends, and will be paid for your breaks on night shifts.

Person Specification: We are happy to accept applications from newly-qualified or experienced nurses, and salary will be based around your level of experience. We are looking for a nurse who has a valid NMC registration and full eligibility to live and work in the UK, although Tier 2 sponsorship is available if required. You must be passionate, reliable, and hard-working.
