Audio Visual Events Business Development Manager
A vacancy has arisen for Head of Events based in the Northwest (Manchester region) for our Audio Visual client.
As the driving force behind generating new sales leads and contacts, your role is to identify sales leads and deliver conference & live event services to new clients whilst maintaining good working relationship with both existing and new contacts.
The client is seeking an experienced “door opener” with excellent communication skills.
The job requires a lot of creative thinking to spot new business opportunities and to establish rapid growth within the audio visual industry.
The main responsibilites will be:
- To identify new opportunities and customers.
- Develop and maintain both new and existing accounts.
- You will be predominantly working with a variety of accounts across all market sectors.
Applicants must be self-motivated and articulate with the drive to create new business using their proven negotiating and interpersonal skills. He/she will be outgoing, confident and have a good appreciation of customer care.
Previous experience in the audio visual industry is essential for this role - Applicants with no experience within Audio Visual will not be considered.
The remuneration package includes a competitive salary, on target earnings and company vehicle/car allowance.
