We are seeking Health Client Support to join the UKs leading Pensions Specialist based Cheltenham. As Health Client Support you will take responsibility for providing assistance to the Team Leader and Health Consultants. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to qualify in Financial Planning exams to Certificate or Diploma level.

Key responsibilities:
* Regular contact with clients by telephone, email etc;
* Assisting in the preparation of reports and collating information;
* Member data analysis
* Relationship management between Insurers and clients
* Issuing annual financial statements to clients
* Preparing invoices for issuing to clients, checking WIP;
* Keeping all databases up to date
* Assist with the development and administration of Me2

Essential:

  • Group risk/employee benefit experience
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Good general IT skills - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
