The recruitment department of the French Chamber of Great Britain is acting as an agency for its 600 member companies, one of which is currently recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive.

Our member is a French company specialised in retail sales.

This is a fulltime position based in Central London.

Ideal starting date: ASAP

Purpose of the role:

You will assist the Digital Marketing Manager in developing and implementing the Marketing plans across all categories and channels (PPC, SEO, affiliates, Social media, emails) and will also drive your own business development by managing e-retailers accounts.


  • B to C:
    • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to reach the ecommerce sales objective and increase brand awareness
    • Implement the marketing plan for the website by coordinating and updating web content on the company bespoke CMS system (updates on new products, sales promotions, campaigns…)
    • Work with agencies to increase traffic and conversion on PPC, SEO, affiliates
    • Brief the headquarters Design team for production of web banners, emails, adverts and other artwork;
    • Create emails and newsletter campaigns to increase traffic, engagement and loyalty.
    • Work closely with the CRM agency to implement new projects to develop and improve further the database.
    • Work with the PR agency to develop and implement monthly content calendar for each social media channel; ensuring information is presented accurately and in a creative/engaging format respecting the brand spirit and image
    • Work to drive brand awareness, prospect and customer engagement with partners.
  • B to B:
    • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to reach e-retailers sales objectives
    • Manage a list of existing client accounts, have a rigorous follow up
    • Attend client meetings, present marketing plans and find solution to their needs to grow the business with them
    • Present creative ideas and marketing plans to the client
  • Reporting and analysis:
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing activities, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Analyse and give recommendation to enhance the business

Personal Skills:

  • Fluent in English and French
  • Minimum 1 year digital experience in a similar role with management of CMS, email marketing campaigns and experience of managing multi channels (SEO, PPC, Affiliate)
  • Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Highly organised and efficient: able to prioritise work appropriately and juggle a busy workload without losing your rigor
  • Be motivated to succeed by creating personal challenges with a strong focus on achieving with a positive and can do attitude
  • Have a keen eye for design, copy writing skills and ability to write engaging content;

Technical Skills:

- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Google Analytics, Photoshop

- Knowledge or basic html would be a plus
