A Collections Advisor is required for this well established and professional organisation based on the Chester Business Park.
Working in a business to business capacity, you will contact business to establish when payment will be made on their overdue account. You will also handle queries from the customer and bring their enquiries to a successful resolution.
To be suitable for this role you will have previous collections experience and be very customer focussed.
This is a permanent role and offers a basic salary of £18,000 plus an excellent working environment and benefits package including 25 days holiday, excellent company pension and private healthcare.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
