This role
Excellent opportunity to work for a highly successful growing business. The BA will work with stakeholders from a variety of business functions and related third parties to gather, define and document business needs, processes and requirements for technology initiatives. This is part of a tight-knit team on a varied transformation/change portfolio. To be successful in their role the BA will have to elicit, analyse, specify and validate the business process needs of business stakeholders, whether they are customers or end users. This includes interviewing stakeholders and gathering and compiling functional and process requirements to implement new processes or convey new requirements/change to development teams.


The main objective is to support a programme portfolio to ensure successful delivery of initiatives that will improve both the customer journey/experience and internal business processes.

Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying inefficient processes and recommending projects to improve the effectiveness of those processes.
