Nursing Home Manager
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to run a beautiful home within an amazing company!
A stunning, purpose built facility that offers support to people including the elderly and people with dementia and nursing needs. They also offer respite care for short breaks. The home has a focus on dignity, independence and choice, as well as emphasising the importance of hospitality and good food and offering a wide range of activities. With en-suite rooms and comfortable lounge areas, the home is a very pleasant place to work with an emphasis on the quality of care. The level of care provided is second to none and the group has a reputation as the best in the industry!
They are looking for an experienced Home Manager with experience in either multi-site or turnaround. You will be responsible for all aspects of managing the business, from staffing and HR issues including recruitment, to marketing the home and filling beds, ensuring compliance and standards of care are met, profit and loss of the home.
My client needs someone who is able to bring about change and able to work under pressure, as well as dealing with any conflict issues which arise, and someone who is a very strong people manager. They would like the individual to have previous home management experience, preferably working in a large service. A nursing qualification is desired but not essential.
The salary for this position is up to £60,000 + 30% Bonus + Benefits
