I am currently working with a Large Scale Wealth Management practice who are recruiting for a IFA Operations Support Administrator within their very friendly and busy team.

Your aim within the role is to assist in improving the controls and efficiencies for the businesses Private Clients by providing operational support to the teams Financial Planners.

Salary on offer from £20,000 to £25,000 for a hardworking ambitious individual with previous experience within Financial Services Administration. Full support towards Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.

Key Duties:
- Processing new Business and ensuring documents are fully compliant
- Assisting in regular database updates for procedures and ensuring all teams are trained
- Ensure draw down reviews are carried out in a timely manner
- Provide ad hoc support to the administration teams when needed
- To work within the Operations Team to provide the requested data by Financial Planners
- Monitor new business processes and update procedures

Key Skills:
- Excellent numerical skills
- Database systems knowledge, in particular excel spreadsheets would be hugely favourable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic attitude to work and for a career within Financial Services
