Our client is a leading training provider within the L&D industry. They are seen as a leader in ourfield and has a truly global reach.This role offers the opportunity to step into a global business that has more than 50 years’ operating experience as well as an enviable blue chip client base.


  • Own and manage the Bid/RFP completion process, work closely with and support the Sales Team
  • Be the Quality champion, own the 'brand’ image on all marketing and training materials within EMEA
  • Create and implement the EMEA marketing plan
  • Marketing budget responsibility; ROI analysis, reporting and evaluation
  • Expand the House List: find new business prospects
  • Management of Google AdWords PPC campaigns
  • Organise and manage hosted events
  • Website management for EMEA region
  • Writing and distributing EMEA press releases
  • EMEA social media and blogging

Candidate profile

  • This is a 'hands-on’ B2B Sales Support and Marketing role
  • We are in growth/expansion mode, you need to be pro-active and commercially aware
  • Very proficient with MS Office, in particular Word, PPT and ideally Adobe Illustrator
  • The role requires an ambitious and personable pre-sales marketing professional capable of working autonomously and under pressure
  • You must have a track record of successfully delivering B2B results through a structured and proven approach
  • Experience within the L & D space will be an advantage
