Bureau Payroll Administrator

Our client is in Farnham, Surrey and are looking for a Bureau Payroll Administrator. The successful candidate should have hands on payroll experience and be able to do manual tax calculations.

The Role

Run payrolls as requested

Check payrolls run by another operator

Answer telephone, send email to clients.

Respond to queries from clients and Payroll Manager

File payroll documents after use.

Process BACS payments

Filing FPS and EPS Returns

Person Specification

In depth knowledge of current pay legislation.

Ability to deal with clients

Quick and accurate inputting of data into payroll software - Star experience is preferred

Good knowledge of excel and word.
