A leading law firm based in Manchester City Centre are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join them.

This is an excellent role for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a firm which offers career progression, a competitive salary and benefits.

The Personal Assistant will carry out a range of PA/Legal Secretarial duties. This will be a hands-on role which will give candidates a range of experience.

Duties
* Assist a Partner and other Fee Earners if required
* Audio typing complex documents using digital dictation;
* Photocopying, faxing and filing;
* Fielding queries from clients;
* Arranging meetings;
* Utilising the Case Management System;
* Archiving files; producing bills

The idea candidate will be a fast and accurate typist who has experience working within a busy department. The Legal Personal Assistant will confidently deal with clients and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. You will be a naturally organised with strong legal administrative and IT skills. You will thrive under pressure and never tire of deadlines. Finally, you will manage your own time well and be a confident user of the Microsoft Office suite.
