The position of Support Worker is a key role to help achieve successful outcomes for vulnerable clients. As a motivated and dynamic Support Worker you will be responsible for developing and delivering a high quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control. You will address client support needs, enable them to achieve positive life changes and ultimately empower them to lead more sustainable lifestyles.
Appointment will be subject to satisfactory references and a DBS check.
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
Working on a rota basis between Monday to Sunday 7.30 am - 9.00 pm depending on the shift pattern.
