Accounts Assistant required for a new opportunity based in Coleshill. You will be responsible for a range of duties including banking, cash posting and allocating, posting general ledger payments, bank reconciliation and allocating foreign currency receipts to the correct bank. You will be responsible for month end duties such as recharges, recoding and calculating labour figures. Other duties include reconciling control accounts, dealing with accruals and fortnightly payroll.
You will be an experienced Accounts Assistant who has dealt with multiple bank reconciliations, journals, sales ledger, payroll and month end work. You will have strong Excel skills including pivot tables. The ideal candidate will be immediately available or available at short notice.
