We are looking for a talented and driven Sous Chef to be part of the senior team for this Hotel in Chester. With this Hotels reputation and location, it is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring Chef who wants the chance to join a well-respected and busy group reporting directly in to the Head Chef who will be ready to support and develop your skills.
As the Sous Chef you will need:
- Previous experience in a Hotel background with fresh food is essential
- Previous experience in large volume banqueting is essential
- The ability to drive yourself and others around you
- Experience with fresh food
- You must be able to work in a close knit team
- Perform under pressure
