Sous Chef - Fresh Food Gastro Pub - £28k
Seeking a strong Sous Chef for this 100% fresh food, Brighton gastro pub/restaurant
As Sous Chef you will lead this team of 4 chefs when the Head Chef is off.
The food is traditional and modern British pub food made on site, from scratch with all fresh ingredients. Rosette experience ideally but must have all fresh food experience from a high class restaurant/gastro pub/hotel.
Menus change seasonally and you will be able to design your own menus and specials.
You will share responsibility with the Head Chef for recruiting and training.
Basic salary of £26,000- £27,000 plus tips
4 days on, 3 days off
