IT Support Analyst - London - £35,000

IT Support Analyst / Helpdesk Support - Central London - up to £35,000. The Ashdown Group have been engaged by a well-established company in an attractive industry who are looking to recruit a driven IT professional to join their team, supporting c. 200 users across their multiple central London sites.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly but professional creative organisation based on the banks of The Thames. You will be reporting to the IT Manager providing general IT, server and network support - both remotely and onsite.

You will predominantly be providing 2nd and 3rd line IT support and you will be expected to deliver timely and effective responses. If you have experience of providing support in a retail or creative (design, architecture, media) environment that would be highly beneficial.

To be suitable you should have your MCSA, MCSE, MTA or other Microsoft qualification. Your technical skills should include support of Windows 7 or 10, and ideally Office 365. You should have good server knowledge as well as some networking skills.

If you have some knowledge of Mac's and/or iPads and iPhones that would be an advantage, but it is not essential. The key criteria are being customer minded, possessing excellent communication skills and having good technical knowledge.
