Fundraising Database Manager
We are recruiting a Fundraising Database Manager for a well-known health charity, the successful candidate will have strong database management experience and will assist with the smooth migration of their new database.
Main duties and responsibilities for the Fundraising Database Manager:
Line management and development of a team of 9 with 2 direct reports
Responsible for the management, development and integrity of the fundraising database
Budget management for the division
Maintains the accuracy, consistency and security of information on the database
Manages external suppliers
Manages training of the database
Work with the system provider to manage functionality of the database
Ensure supporter data conforms with Data protection Act and other industry standards
Manage financial reconciliation and auditing of supporter income against the finance system
Essential criteria for the Fundraising Database Manager:
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Extensive experience of managing large CRM systems
Strong line management development experience
Proven experience of designing and implementing business processes for capturing and using customer information
Previous experience of managing external agencies
Management of tender and procurement processes
Strong knowledge of SQL
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
