Sous Chef- Public House - West Cornwall
My client, an award winning, tradiotional public house and small bed and breakfast operation are seeking a sous chef to join the team in an outstanding location near Helston, towards the Lizard Peninsula.
The role will be working in a small team of 5, supporting the Head Chef and running the kitchen on his day off. The shifts will cover a mixture of splits and straights, 5 days on.
We are seeking an experienced sous chef who has a proven track record in working in pub operations that make all dishes in house and pride themselves on local, homegrown produce.
The role is full time permanent, an immediate start for the right candidate, offering 25k per annum with accommodation either onsite at the operation or within walking distance. there is also a retention bonus of £500, payable if the successful candidate does work through to the end of October.
