As a Sage 200 Support Consultant, you will respond to a variety of client requests which can be easy ones, such as onboarding new Sage 200 users, answering questions about the features of Sage 200 or assisting clients with simple problems, to complex ones, such as validating user-reported software problems, seeking workarounds to issues, describing how to perform application tasks, analysing unusual software behaviour, troubleshooting, and escalating problems to the right resource.
You will document requests and responses, capture common requests for shared use, take new recruits through a tour of Sage 200 and generally supply the clients with excellent service. You will also support a variety of Sage 200 add-on products.
