We’re looking for the next part of the Mashbo jigsaw as we continue our business growth. We are now looking for an up and coming Sales Manager to join our team.

We’re a multi award winning digital agency based in Liverpool with 5 years of continued growth and success behind us. As we continue this growth we’re looking for the right sales person to generate new leads and relationships.

Team player

We’re looking for a team player. There are no sales bonuses, your reward comes as we grow the business with your other Mashbo team mates.

We’re looking for a person with values who can build relationships and generate new business.

You’ll be backed up by our creative and technical team, so don’t worry - you’re not going to be expected to code a web app or map out some UX, but having an interest and passion for digital and tech will help you.

We’re looking for somebody with some experience to lead the way and who can teach ways of creating new business.

You’ll be based from our Liverpool head office but geography doesn’t restrict where our clients are. You will also have a base in London when we’re working from the big city.

What we are looking for:

  • Business to business sales including developing relationships and new accounts, calling relevant contacts to obtain commercial information, arranging meetings and offering market knowledge
  • Maximise sales revenue, margin and performance, drive business growth and achieve positive results
  • Arranging and attending potential client meetings
  • Plan and prioritise personal sales activities
  • Ensuring customer requirements are clear, understood and followed up
  • Frequent customer review meetings
  • Generation and analysis of weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Ensure you meet and exceed agreed targets and KPI’s
  • Management of service level agreements and contracts
  • Attend conferences and exhibitions, set-up and manage stand
  • Suggest and assist in PR & Marketing campaign


This Business Development Executive role will require a hardworking individual with the following skills:

Successful sales background - experience working in a target driven environment is desirable

Able to confidently present a range of Mashbo services to clients at all experience levels, Finance Directors, MDs, Marketing Managers, IT Directors etc

Excellent attention to detail

Confident personality and reliability are essential skills

Hardworking and proactive attitude with a desire to progress
