Post Completions Assistant - Northampton - Up to £18,000 + Benefits
My highly accredited, legal Client based in a popular part of Northampton are now seeking a strong administrator to join their post completions team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing post-completion assistance to the teams within the practice, submitting SDLT forms, submitting AP1s, scheduling deeds, reconciling accounts and closing files and all other post-completion formalities therefore a minimum of 6 months experience working within a Property department would be highly desirable but not essential.
You will be responsible for preparing and finalising Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns, land registration, dealing with discharge of registered charges, preparing final invoices where required. You will also be expected to produce reports, updates and attend meetings as directed by the Head of Department
The ideal candidate must be a team player, be confident in nature in order to converse with all levels of staff, have excellent communication and IT skills and be able to multi task. Moreover, you will be a quick learner with a great work ethic.
