Salary: £8,736.00 per annum (full time equivalent is £14,560.00 per annum)
Location: Kendal (new location)
Job Status: Permanent
Hours: 21 hours over 3 days a week (working days between Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis)

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to work in our new Charity shop in Kendal. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the setup of a brand new Retail shop.

The North West Air Ambulance Charity provides rapid pre-hospital care needed to make a life changing difference. We operate three helicopters, flying 365 days a year with doctors and paramedics on board providing emergency medical treatment when time is critical.
The Retail shops are vital to raising funds to maintain our helicopters and help increase public awareness of the Charity. The Assistant Manager will work alongside the Shop Manager to support the running of a new, busy shop.
Are you interested in fashion, IT literate, organised, hardworking with experience of managing people and working with sales targets?

Basic IT skills and willingness to learn our IT systems including; Electronic Point of Sale (Epos), reporting, communicating via email and undertaking online training
