I'm currently recruiting a Business Development Manager position for an excellent company within the festive lighting industry.  The company have lit up some of Europe's best known landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower; Champs-Élysées & Harrods in London.

They create some fantastic displays for high end retailers, shopping centres & Councils (for Christmas displays) & are now on the lookout for a creative Business Development Manager to promote their products within the West Midlands.

Based from home, you will be responsible for meeting new & existing clients (B2B) to talk through their lighting requirements & sell a solution to meet their needs.  You will also attend events & exhibitions to promote & market the products.  

This is an autonomous role - you will be solely responsible for your own output, so it'll be up to you to create appointments through calling/emailing prospective clients.  

We're looking for a creative, experienced Business Development Manager who in an ideal world would come from an events or exhibitions background, though that is not essential.

You must be able to work on your own initiative; ideally have previous experience within a home based sales role; have an out-going, professional & personable personality & be target driven.  

The role offers a basic salary of £30,000 per annum + car + laptop + phone + uncapped commission.
