How succinct is your company's marketing strategy? Ever feel like you're pushing out the same brochure or blog article month after month with little return?

How about being part of a transformative sales/marketing team with a clear vision for the future?

That's what's on offer here. My client is an internationally recognised engineering services business based south of Norwich who need a technically minded & creative individual who can spearhead campaigns that target specific audiences. More than just glossy product brochures, this piece will include producing detailed case-studies, technical white-papers and producing presentation pieces that key figures across the business can use to deliver at major international conferences.

As well as this, you'll have a large say into the future development of the company website, and will be a key player in the management of the SalesForce CRM and the website's CMS platform (currently WordPress).

Working as part of a core team of sales & marketing professionals, you will be completely hands on and working with like-minded peers based locally and further afield. Ideally, you will have an appreciation and understanding of technical services (engineering or systems management) and be comfortable producing technically focused copy that draws from a wealth of source material. You'll understand the finer points of digital marketing including Google Analytics, SEO/PPC and Social Media Management and will be happy to pick up and run with marketing campaigns and events planning.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Broad marketing background (ideally from an engineering/technical services setting)
- Digital exposure (Google Analytics, PPC, SEO, Social Media)
- First class Copywriting and creative skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Capacity to pick up and run with technical subject matters

DESIRABLE SKILLS
- CMS/CRM knowledge (SalesForce & WordPress ideally)
- Events planning experience

Subject to experience, my client is happy to consider part-time on a case-by-case basis. For more information and immediate consideration, please send a word CV to Drew Hales at Select Appointments Norwich & call.
