Due to continued success, this company is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to form part of their energetic team in the North West; someone who is is motivated, ambitious, engaging and friendly.

You’ll find my clients developments in some fantastic locations - each has a range of modern, energy efficient and stylish homes that offer something for everyone. From first time buyers to savvy investors, this company doesn’t just look to build homes; they create thriving communities that people are proud to be a part of.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Executive looking to take a step away from traditional builders or developers and instead work for a well-established, sophisticated, ethical company. On offer is a basic salary of £20,000 + £300 per plot + £1,500 monthly bonus scheme.
