The General Manager of EMEA is the senior executive responsible for the overall success of the business in EMEA. You will be a key individual within the global organisation, and will be responsible for working with key executives in defining and implementing the company’s overall business strategy in EMEA with the primary goal of growing top-line revenues through generation of scalable, repeatable, structured client and partner relationships.

You will also have responsibility for building and growing the UKI Enterprise Sales team as the Head of Sales UKI.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

* Provide motivational leadership to the EMEA business. Ensure that everyone understands what is expected of them, that messaging both internally and externally is aligned, and through example, build passion, energy and shared excitement into the business

* Ensure the development of a first-class UKI sales operation by hiring, motivating, developing, and retaining top performers

* Ensure the success of EMEA based customers, building and deepening key relationships

* Lead the EMEA Management Team to develop, implement and execute a sound strategic GTM plan designed to achieve the growth and profitability goals across EMEA

* Represent the business at the highest levels within customer organisations, ensuring that their on-going experience of the company is a positive one and maintaining a hands-on presence in the market

* Provide clear and open reporting; ensure accuracy of forecasting and as the business continues to scale, put in place robust processes to provide for increased predictability and sustainability

* Represent the company externally in EMEA, taking opportunities to inform and educate both the market and industry through events and working closely with marketing teams

* Ability to achieve organisational agreement for initiatives and lead via influence as well as via direct authority

* Understanding of how to structure, incentivise and support a 'go-to-market’ organisation combining direct sales and partner channels

Required Skills/Experience:

* Minimum of 10 years track record in senior leadership, successfully running a multi-country territory; including regional leadership to drive high growth for a US headquartered businesses

* Track record of sales leadership gained in an enterprise software environment, ideally with a deep understanding of complex business application software

* You have a natural comfort interfacing directly with senior executives of customer and partner organisations, engaging with them on business-critical issues and presenting sophisticated propositions to market

* You are accustomed to the demands and culture of a hyper-growth, entrepreneurial, US headquartered business

* Strong international credentials that demonstrate the ability to operate across the EMEA region, with a strong understanding of what it takes to conduct business successfully in the various markets

* Strong technical, financial and business acumen

* Experience working at a startup preferred

* Background in Salesforce.com, Dynamics CRM or similar

* Highly preferred domain experience in: CRM, CPQ, CLM, Billing

* Experience in Sales, Business Development, and/or Services Delivery desired
