My client are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to work in the Swindon office. They are a well known, respected hotel chain who strives to deliver exceptional customer service to all of their customers.

*Experience within a hotel / leisure & events industry environment is beneficial.

Job Features:

Title: Sales Manager (Permanent)
Salary: £35,000 approx. (depending on experience)
Bonus: 30%

My client are looking for a Sales Manager who will maximise revenue and achieve sale whilst managing key accounts and also actively promote and sell the brand and services.

This role involves managing new client accounts, local PR and marketing, generating a demand and subsequently a pipeline of accounts for the hotel, revenue generation and building and developing strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Proactively seek out new accounts for accommodation and conferences and increase market share for the hotel.
• Work within a team and report to the General Manager & Regional Sales Manager.
• Lead the promotion, execution and communication of client feedback.
• Managing and progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline (short, medium and long term), coordination support and driving activity.
• Demonstrate bringing best practice new account planning to the tam along with a high focus of joining up with teams across the business.
• Proposal support on selected pitches/proposals.

• Must have the ability to deliver against set targets.

• Will have an excellent understanding of revenue; selling and negotiation would be essential.
• Will have excellent sales and customer care expertise.
