Role: Customer Care Coordinator German/French

Salary: £23k

Based in London Bridge area

Pod is currently partnering with a high end, fun, funky brand that launched a few years ago. They are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator who can speaks Fluent German and English, French would be a plus.

Your responsabilities:

- Handling all customer enquiries, queries and complaints while maximising customer satisfaction,

- Contribute to CRM and customer engagement strategy

- Manage cusomer communication through different channels ( voice, email, chat, social)

- Ensure the internal KPI's for customer satisfaction and response time is met

Your profile:

- Fluent in English and German

- Fluent in French - desirable

- Excellent attantion to detail

- Excellent problem solving ability

- Go the extra mile to engage and please our customers
