This is a exciting opening for a diligent and conscientious Reception Class Teacher.

You must be a passionate Early Years Teacher who is keen to be part of a progressive team and motivated to succeed. The Headteacher is driven to raise standards, to provide opportunities and to improve outcomes for the children, staff and the local community.

The successful Reception/Early Years Teacher will need to:

* Qualified teacher status to undertake all Reception Class Teacher duties
* Take responsibility for pupil outcomes within Early Years
* The ability to inspire and motivate and support pupils
* Have a high level of emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills

Outstanding Early Years NQTs are welcome to apply, although experienced Early Years Teachers with a minimum of two years Reception teaching is preferred.
