The Just Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales, Lead Generator for their client based in Braintree, Essex.

The role will involve working within a team of 7 sharing the responsibility of generating and developing new customer relationships, contributing towards the growth of the business. They will be responsible for providing the internal sales team with new leads, feedback for the regeneration of customers and exceptional customer services at all times.

The candidate must have strong telephone and interpersonal skills and have the ability to build strong customer relationships with the view to generate sales. They must also be able have the ability to work in a high pressure environment and be driven to achieve the departmental goals.
The ideal candidate will be expected to generate new leads via Telephone, Internet and Social Media accounts.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
oTo search for, locate and communicate with new customers to generate leads and enquiries for the internal sales team to process.
oTo assess the company's current customer base and work towards the regeneration of customers whose spend is down.
oProvide KPI reviews in a timely manner with objectives described for improvement.
oHandle any incoming telephone enquiries with exceptional telecommunication skills.

Performance Management:
Measurement of performance will be based on KPIs to be agreed periodically and general feedback of customer satisfaction.

Candidate must be prepared to work on occasion outside of normal working hours.

oStrong organisation skills and capable of working quickly and accurately under his/her own initiative in a busy, high pressure office environment.
oExcellent customer handling skills and experience with a strong focus towards achieving exceptional customer service.
oA confident, self-motivated team player.
oExcellent telephone manner who can handle customers from a range of industries, levels, background and personality types.
oStrong inter-personal skills, being comfortable and able to communicate effectively at all levels from the shop floor to the executive - internally and with our customers.
oExperience of sales, sales techniques and business growth.

oExperience of working within a sales office environment (technical sales preferred but not essential)
