Are you looking to your next step within the FMCG industry? This globally recognised soft drinks brand is offering Regional Account Executive positions and is looking for individuals who can take responsibility for building strong relationships within the wholesale channel.

You will be working within a highly-energised workplace with the most experienced individuals within their field. This brand continuously dominates their industry and is looking to bring on individuals who are self-motivated, ambitious and want to be successful.

The Person:

*The individual must be self-motivated with an ability to develop relations and strategies across all aspects of the supply chain
*The individual should have an enthusiasm for the FMCG industry, with the ability to 'make things happen' within their role
*You must have a personable approach, remaining resilient and focussed on increasing volume within the wholesale channel
*Strong negotiation skills are a prerequisite

The Role:

The role requires an individual who can deliver targets across the business, effectively optimising all route to market opportunities:

·Managing an existing portfolio of accounts including multiple retail groups
·Agree and Implement terms of business at a regional level
·Gaining new clients, with the overall aim to increase accessibility of the product.
·Deliver volume objectives
·Building relationships across a network of buyers to ensure effective marketing and logistics
·Analyse existing promotions and implement strategic budget plans
·Maintain a strong presence within the regional wholesalers and achieve specific volume

The Ideal Candidate:

·Experience in FMCG a prerequisite.
·Regional Account experience necessary
·A strong background of hitting/exceeding targets.
·Understanding of a premium brand and what this entails from a sales perspective.
·Must understand the importance of working in a team and building strong/ trusting relationships with colleagues.
·Wholesale experience ideal as this role will require sector knowledge
·Commercial knowledge of an FMCG business
·Valid UK driving licence with minimum 12 months driving experience
·Experience within the FMCG drinks industry essential to understand processes and strategies
·Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and word is essential
