On offer is a new opportunity to join a dynamic and forward thinking law firm as a Paralegal Assistant.
Securing this job will give the successful candidate an opportunity to demonstrate their previously acquired skills in administration and accuracy, to grow their career within a legal environment.

Duties for the Paralegal Assistant Job will include:

· Providing secretarial and administrative support to the department, this includes audio and copy typing
· Issuing and allocating daily reminders to both Attorneys and Paralegals ensuring paralegal manual procedures are followed
· Learning paralegal procedures in order to deal with incoming paralegal work without supervision.
· Helping paralegals with basic paralegal work
· Assisting paralegals with emails, photocopying, post, filing, finalising letters and invoices and any other jobs as required

The successful Paralegal Assistant will have:

· Previous administration experience, ideally in a professional services environment
· Computer literate including MS Office
· GCSE Maths & English (A-C grade) or equivalent
· Proactive and flexible attitude
• Ability to plan and coordinate workloads while ensuring accuracy
