Application Support Specialist - RESTful API. Central London.

Application Support Specialist (RESTful API) - Key Skills:

- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3+ years relevant commercial experience.
- Must have knowledge and understanding of RESTful API design concepts.
- Some knowledge of JSON.
- Must have familiarity with at least one of the following; Java, PHP, C/C++, C#, Ruby or Python.
- Familiarity with Saas and Cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with Mobile Platforms e.g. iOS, Android, Windows Mobile.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.

About the Role:

Your responsibilities as an Application Support Specialist (RESTful API) will involve:

- Providing an exceptional support services to business customers.
- Resolving web based and phone requests via Zendesk, our client's knowledgebase community, Webex and other tools.
- Speaking to users about technical issues in a way they can understand.
- Bridging the gap between the user and product.
- Acting as a consultant to improve process and approach.
- Utilising internal tracking tools to manage issues between Customers, Support and Engineering.
