Financial Services Support Administrator - Leeds - Salary dependent upon experience

I am delighted to be working in partnership with a successful IFA practise who are looking to recruit an Administrator to support the Financial Advisors.
If you have previously worked within an Administrative role within a Financial Planning / IFA environment, and you are looking for a new challenge, and the opportunity to progress within a growing team, then this could be the right role for you.

As a successful candidate you will be required to:

Support the advisers in the provision of financial planning advice to clients both private and corporate
Data input of fact find information and documentation onto the back-office system.
Diarising events throughout the business cycle
Producing new business packs and preparation for client meetings
Producing client portfolio review information and presenting this with meeting packs
Rebalancing/switching client portfolios
Ensuring that the back-office system records are fully updated to enable accurate management information and reporting
Liaison with providers and clients as required

In order to apply you will need to have:

·PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF AN IFA ENVIRONMENT and experience of an office admin support role
·To be able to work on own initiative with great attention to detail
·Strong interpersonal skills, drive & energy
·Motivated by working in a fast-paced environment
·Organised and able to prioritise
·Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with grade C or above in Maths & English
·Able to use software packages such as Excel/Word/Outlook
·Keen to progress with Industry exams
