Operations Manager-Corporate Contract Catering- £42.000

Our client, a prestigious contract caterer is looking for an experienced driven operations manager with a Corporate B&I sector experience. You must be commercially minded and have solid experience with multi site corporate operations.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a proven track record in developing teams, supporting business growth, have good attention to detail and strong financial acumen. You need to possess outstanding foodie values, be innovative, dynamic, personable, accountable and a strong team player.

You must have proven experience in management in a similar commercial contract catering B&I environment with excellent client relationships, you need to have experience to raise the level of food service within sites to include; food offerings from the staff dining, coffee bars, retail food operations to formal fine dining and reception services

You must have excellent people skills and attention to detail. The right candidate must be highly customer focused, have good communication skills, immaculate presence.
