The successful candidate will provide expertise and support to the existing teams at a portfolio of homes across Lancashire.

The homes you will be supporting offer residential, nursing and respite care to residents from all over Lancashire. You will be expected to bring an excellent clinical skill-set, knowledge of care plans, medication and auditing, and most importantly, a positive and determined attitude.

Our client aspires to offer outstanding care to each and every resident in every single home, and you will play a crucial role in this throughout Lancashire. An ability to lead by example and develop junior staff is vital to this role.
