Loyalty Communications Planner
We are working with a growing and successful marketing consultancy, specialising in loyalty, CRM and customer data that helps its clients use their marketing resources to grow their businesses. They help their clients to win, grow and keep customers based on a fundamental understanding of customer attitudes and behaviour. The consultancy also provides clients with end-to-end solutions covering proposition development, market research, data analysis, and database hosting supporting customer facing processes.
As a result of their continued growth they are seeking a Communications Planner to play a key role in the development of loyalty communications strategies for their global clients. Specifically this will entail leading the client planning process, developing data driven communication plans and targeting strategies, working collaboratively with the client services team and analysts, creating project briefs for campaigns, customer communications and CRM activity.
They are seeking someone who has experience of CRM and loyalty marketing coupled with client facing skills and proven experience of developing customer journeys. You will be comfortable of working with customer data, and analysts. The culture of the consultancy is informal and they have an enviable client list.
