As a Business Development Representative (BDR)

you will be responsible for creating and qualifying leads with prospects and existing customers across EMEA.

We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and articulate team player who is passionate about sales, fluent in English and Arabic

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales leads for the sales team
  • Follow up on Marketing Generated Campaigns
  • Supporting ad-hoc requests from your Team Leader
  • Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in Salesforce.com
  • Consistently achieve goals on monthly and quarterly basis
  • Provide regular and ad hoc business reports and feedback to Sales and Marketing teams and other senior management

Required Skills:

  • Arabic and good English
  • Arabic and English excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferred having a Bachelor's degree or relevant technical degree
  • Previous prospecting & cold calling experience required (within IT industry is a plus)
  • Knowledge of BANT qualification techniques and/or solution selling
  • Previous experience managing inbound and/or outbound activities
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Comfortable presenting thoughts, ideas, and successes to the business
  • Prior experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
  • Willingness and motivation to learn and progress in a leading technology company
  • Results driven & competitive nature required
  • Outstanding time management skills
  • Ability to learn and understand new products and technologies
