Reed Insurance have an exciting opening for an IFA Administrator to join a leading Glasgow company on a permanent basis. My client is one of the leading IFAs dealing mainly with retirement solutions.
You will be joining a busy team, lending support to a team of Advisers by preparing valuations and packs for client meetings. The ideal candidate will have a strong Pensions background in both Group and Individual products and have an excellent working knowledge of DB and DC Pension transfers. You will also be familiar with dealing with any client queries including withdrawals and changes in contributions.
You will be required to liaise with Providers and clients whilst providing full administrative support to the Paraplanner. The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of back office systems including IRESS /1st Software and a range of Provider Platforms including Standard Life and Axa.
Ideally you will have a minimum Certificate in Financial Planning and have excellent IT skills. A high attention to detail and an excellent knowledge and understanding of FCA Compliance procedures are also a necessity for this role.
