Bell is recruiting for a Business Development Executive to work within the Sales team at the Bell Head Office in Cambridge. This exiting new role will involve working alongside the Head of Business Development for the Middle East and Latin America regions, supporting with processing bookings, taking payments, issuing confirmation documents and providing pre-arrival customer support. You will be responsible for engaging with both B2B and B2C incoming enquiries, conducting thorough customer-based needs analysis while making full use of the CRM and booking systems to capture and track all leads.

Main duties:

  • Achievement of annual sales targets and agreed KPIs

  • Develop an effective network to provide market intelligence and access to new business opportunities both inbound and outbound

  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge of Bell’s complete portfolio

  • Provide support to the Head of Latin America with key accounts

  • Drive repeat sales through direct, B2C and B2B relationships

  • Deliver new sales opportunities through a combination of additional relationships, additional routes to market and creative product mix opportunities

  • Ensure all sales opportunities are entered into CRM system

  • Respond to all leads and enquiries, prioritising effectively.

  • Monitor leads, opportunities and pipeline across all business units through the appropriate use and maintenance of the CRM system

  • Deliver against reporting requirements in an agreed format

  • Contribute to the effective performance of your Regional team

  • Provide support to all teams across Bell as required

  • Liaise closely with other departments at Bell regarding new business proposals to ensure deliverability and profitability

  • Agree and achieve specific sales targets for new Bell centres. Champion new centres both internally and externally

We are looking for candidates who have experience of working in a customer service or sales role in a demanding & pressured sales environment in order to achieve sales targets. Administrative experience alongwith experience in account management and developing new business would be beneficial.

The ideal candidate will be target driven and be able to able to forge & develop strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders & customers. You will have close attention to detail, be able to manage your workload effectively, and be an excellent team player.

The successful candidate should be prepared to undertake significant international travel and being a Portuguese speaker would be highly desirable.
