We have a superb opportunity for an Part-time Dealer Services Officer with a rapidly expanding FinTec Consumer Lending business based in Oxford to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9am to 6pm.

Responsibilities for the role of Part-time Dealer Services Officer

  • Establish an excellent working relationship with the field based sales team as well as existing Dealers across the UK
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of product offering and lending policy
  • Take ownership of inbound calls and always seek to find solutions to dealer queries
  • To proactively chase outstanding documentation and applications, effectively communicating information relating to products that are available
  • Develop a complete understanding of the application process and provide training to dealer staff Contribute towards functional strategy development, planning and implementation process

Experience require for the role of Part-time Dealer Services Officer

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills are essential
  • Experience of working within Financial Services environment is desirable, ideally with exposure to liaising with dealerships or intermediaries
  • Professional and approachable telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Proactive and hardworking with the desire to take on board further responsibilities over time and constantly improve performance

Salary: Between £18-35,000 pro rata depending on experience

Location: Oxford

Hours: Thursday, Friday and Saturday working the hours of 9am to 6pm
