Our core business of clinical facility provision would not be possible without the key people within support team roles here at Vanguard. Based at our head office on the outskirts of Gloucester, Vanguard are seeking a Marketing Executive with very keen copywriting skills and confidence in managing campaigns to join our growing Marketing Team. The Marketing Executive will contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns, identify target audiences and their needs, create and build engaging direct mail campaigns, and create marketing materials to support the marketing mix

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

o A degree or professional qualification in Marketing advantageous but not a necessity
o Demonstrable experience in an Executive level B2B Marketing role
o Exceptional copy writing and proof reading skills with excellent grammar and strong attention to detail
o Advanced Microsoft Office skills, and proven experience of using the Adobe creative suite
o Highly organised, and proven project manager, comfortable managing multiple campaigns
o Confident working with and briefing creative agencies, PR agencies, and other key suppliers
o Digitally savvy with good understanding of digital marketing tools (email marketing, social media, etc)
o Knowledge of the Healthcare sector would be advantageous although not essential
o Dynamic and have a real passion in marketing and driving businesses forward

KEY TASKS & DUTIES

o Develop and manage and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns, contributing to, and developing marketing plans and strategies
o Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs
o Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the trade press
o Write and proofread copy; including internal company communications and external press releases
o Manage the companies brand and identity including liaising with designers and printers
o Organise photo shoots and story boards for filming
o Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
o Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
o Liaise and network with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations
o Communicate with target audiences and manage customer relationships
o Manage budgets
o Assist with the implementation and maintenance of new websites, CRM systems and customer databases
