Position: IT Support Analyst
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

As an IT Support Analyst you will be supporting the business operations through IT Service Management, Internal & External Customer Relationship, Training and Documentation and any relevant industry specific regulatory compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities in this role will include;
IT Service Management - delivery and maintenance of ITSM processes in operations and to manage service performance to defined standards and SLAs
Escalation - able to demonstrate good judgement when issues require escalation, intervention or further action
Contributes to management of Major Incidents (MI)
Liason with Tradeteam AMT, Infrastructure Support, OSM, key business contacts and senior IS Management
Internal Customer Relationships - manage and co-ordinate relationships and communication with business stakeholders
External Customer Relationships - manage and support communication with external customers as appropriate to support business development and existing operations
Management of own time to deliver service management activities to agreed SLA's
Key skills and experience in this role will include:
Ability to manage internal users and external customers is key within this role
Ability to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
Communication (written and verbal)

Planning and Organisation
