Marketing Assistant / Marketing Administrator / Junior Marketing Executive required in Norwich City Centre
Full Time, Permanent Position with Working Hours 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
Salary, depending on experience, in the region of £18-22,000
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Assistant to work within a modern, forward-thinking company based in Norwich City Centre. The business is a solicitor's office and as such, you'll need to be a professional individual, confident in a professional working environment and within networking events, but also we're looking for someone highly creative, with a strong grasp of key marketing concepts.
You'll need to:
Always be willing to go the extra mile;
Work independently, with clear and regular lines of reporting;
Be well organised and be able to multi-task and prioritise your workload effectively;
Have flexibility towards working hours, there will be occasional events out of hours.
Copywriting, both online and offline;
Management and maintenance of company website and social media platforms;
Produce marketing campaigns including analytics;
Event administration and attendance, including seminars and business social occasions;
Administration of marketing budget;
Use of Adobe InDesign;
Database administration and reporting;
General administrative support to head of Marketing and senior colleagues.
Skills / Experience:
Full UK driving licence (essential);
Working knowledge and experience of Adobe InDesign (preferred);
Undergraduate degree in Marketing or Business subject with a strong marketing element, OR Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification
A minimum of 2 years working within a marketing role.
This may suit a Junior Marketing Assistant or someone fairly early in the Marketing Career, perhaps a recent graduate or Marketing Intern looking for a permanent, full-time opportunity within a professional working environment.
