Role: Trade Counter - Branch Manager
Salary: 30k base + bonus
Status: Permanent Full time 40 hours
Role and Responsibilities
Our client is seeking a Branch Manager to manage there Leyton Trade Counter. Responsible for a team of two, the Branch Manager will be in charge of managing and leading the team on a day to day basis to deliver great customer service and achieve success.
In addition to coordinating the daily activities of the Branch, you will need to ensure all customers are served in a timely manner, both face to face, via email and over the phone.
You will be expected to maintain stock levels, and keep up to date with a variety of product ranges, new products and product legislation.
Provide customer with accurate quotations to process and deliver all customers orders efficiently.
Prepare reports to identify and monitor progress of Branch performance.
Undertake all aspects of management including 1:2:1’s, appraisals, training and development.
Liaise with other Trade Counters when necessary.
Expected Skills and Experience:
You will have Trade Counter or sales experience, preferably in the door or construction industry.
Management skills, with experience of coaching and supporting a small team.
Previous experience of SAP would be advantageous.
You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Full manual driving license is required.
