German Speaking Software Sales Development Executive £30k + bonus

My client has an exciting role available for a Native-level German speaker to join their Inside Sales Team to focus on developing a pipeline of leads in the DACH Region for their growing Software Solution.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working within Inside Sales, Account Management or Lead Generation and be looking to progress their career in Sales. You will be fully competent on the phone and be able to identify key contacts within target organisations. Alongside this you will also be responsible for dealing with inbound calls, including qualification and conversion into leads. You will be a fast learner and responsible to manage your own timeline.

In return, you will be working in an upbeat office environment with a real sense of teamwork and personal development. There will be opportunities to attend trade events as well as a continuous training schedule so you can develop your skills and look to move into either Sales Management or Field Sales positions within the organisation. As they are consistently growing, there is clear progression in place for those successful in this role and my client is well known for promoting from within.

Skill required:
*Fluency in German and English (additional European languages advantageous).
*Experience selling on the phone (Account Management, Inside Sales or Lead Generation).
*Knowledge and use of CRM systems (Salesforce preferable).
*Interest and working knowledge of IT as a sector.
*Money motivated and looking to progress career.
