Do you have a Marketing-based degree? We have an amazing opportunity a Graduate Marketing role which will include a 12 month program to work around the business and travel to other sites (this is a permanent position). You will be working for a company in Southampton who operate within retail and technical markets, you can make your role what you want. This is no ordinary marketing role.

What are they looking for?

A honours Degree (2016/2017) in Marketing or variation of that. Aside from that, we are looking for people with a great attitude and a genuine passion for what they do, this would best suit someone who is confident and independent but gets on well in a team, someone who wants to drive their career forward and is keen to increase their skills.

You will need full clean drivers licence and valid passport.

Over the course of the year you will be assigned a development mentor who will support you and help sculpt a career path within this exciting business. If successful, you will be guided by a previous graduate who is a valued member of the business and can help direct you through your programme and beyond. They encourage personal development and believe in nurturing and growing their talent which in turn will help grow their business.

What will you be doing?

This is a PERMANENT position which will see you working around the business for the first 12 months, joining a development programme with the chance to experience the breadth of the business by spending some time within all of the departments which will give you a strong foundation from which you will be able to identify a career path that best suits your talent, skills and aspirations. Your placements would include Research and Development, Product Support, Product Application, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Order Processing and Customer Care. After the first year, they will work with you to start your permanent career in an area of interest within the MARKETING team.

You will also get to travel to Ireland! (This does mean you need to have a valid passport and be happy to be away for prolonged periods away from home).

Aspects of your role will include:

  • Provide marketing support to various sales channels, delivering integrated campaigns which generate demand within their various customer segments.
  • Participate in meetings, gathering and presenting information as required. Travelling might be required.
  • Form relationships with sales, marketing, pre-sales and many other departments as required in order to strengthen communication and the service that we offer.
  • Work to deliver excellent, integrated marketing campaigns across numerous channels.
  • Write engaging content and produce briefs for marketing material in print and digital form.
